Council welcomes your input! Weekly correspondence packages are posted below.
To communicate directly with Council:
1. Email info@powellriver.ca and address Mayor and Council;
Staff will distribute correspondence addressed to Mayor and Council to all members of Council
Appropriate management will also be forwarded correspondence regarding operational matters either for consideration and response or for information
In most instances, written and email correspondence addressed to Mayor and Council will be published on the Correspondence webpage and publicly accessible with personal contact information redacted in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
2. Email one or several members of Council by using their individual email addresses which can be found using the button below. Please note that:
Staff do not necessarily receive correspondence sent directly to individual Council members
Council members personally manage their individual inboxes and respond at their discretion
Correspondence sent individually to Councillors may not end up on the Correspondence webpage
3. Write a letter addressed to Mayor and Council to:

All submissions must:
Be addressed to Mayor and Council
Include the full name of the author
Include contact information of the author
Submissions will not be made public if it includes:
Video or audio files
Vulgar, discriminatory, derogatory or defamatory language
Confidential or personal information of third parties
Any content that violates the City’s Respectful Workplace Policy
